🚚 Where do you deliver? Currently, basergy ships exclusively within Poland. By focusing on one region, we can guarantee high service standards and Free Shipping for all our customers.

🔍 How can I track my order? Once your item leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email. This allows you to follow your shipment in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

Returns & Care

🔁 Can I return my order? Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you with the process.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? Home decor is fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Email info@basergy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

🧼 How do I maintain my accessories? Our products are made from durable, easy-to-clean materials. For most items, wiping with a soft, damp microfiber cloth is sufficient. Avoid harsh chemicals on metallic or painted finishes to maintain their original luster.
