• 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in "as-new" condition.

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken, email info@basergy.com within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement immediately.

• Return Shipping: As we provide Free Shipping to Poland, the cost of returning items to our warehouse in Rostock is the responsibility of the customer.
