While we provide Free Shipping to Poland, delivery estimates are indicative. basergy is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third-party couriers. Furthermore, we are not responsible for damages resulting from the improper installation or use of our decorative products (e.g., incorrect mounting of wall decor).

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For customers in Poland, this does not affect your mandatory consumer rights under local law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rostock, Germany.
